Effective as of Monday, March 29, 2021:

We are so excited to announce that you can now join your pet inside for their scheduled doctor’s appointments AGAIN! Of course, this will be done with social distancing and COVID protocols in place for the safety of our staff & clients. We are still offering curbside service for those who would prefer to wait in their car during their pet’s appointment. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please put on a mask and check-in at the reception desk. We will have you wait in the lobby and then have a technician bring you inside to your exam room when it is available.

We do ask that for your appointment:

  • Please bring a mask with you! Masks are REQUIRED to be worn at all times inside the building. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • For the safety of our staff, if you have a fever of 100.3 or higher, entry into the building is not permitted.

  • For the safety of our staff, if you have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days or have had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days to please let us know and we will provide curbside service.

Medication and Food Pick Ups:

  • Please give us a call ahead of time for all food and medication pickups so we have time to prepare and get your items ready for pick up. If at all possible, we do ask that you allow at least 24 hours for us to process and fill all prescription requests. When you arrive, please call us and we will bring your products to your car or place them outside in our contactless pickup area.  We can either provide a car check-out service or you can pay over the phone at the time the medication or food is requested. We want to make this process as quick and easy for you as possible.

We truly appreciate your continued support and patience as we continue to fine-tune our protocols! We will continue to announce any additional changes or updates. Stay tuned and stay healthy!

Sincerely,

Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic Doctors & Staff

Dear Pleasant Valley Vet Pet Parents,

As we continue to watch this pandemic unfold, PVVC doctors and staff remain committed to staying open to provide care and veterinary services for your pets. With this in mind, we have decided to implement additional protocols to limit human-to-human interaction at this time. Our goal is to maintain a healthy and safe environment for our employees, clients, and their pets.

Effective as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020:

We are asking that all clients remain in their car when they arrive at our clinic. Please give us a call at our clinic number when you arrive. DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS. This protocol will be very similar to how we were operating during our clinic renovations a few months ago. Please reference additional details for how we are operating below:

Pet Exams, Vaccines, and Boosters:

  • Please call ahead and schedule an appointment time for these veterinary services.  When you arrive for your pet‘s appointment, please give us a call so one of our team members can check you in while you wait comfortably in your vehicle.
  • We will be offering phone consultations and telemedicine for established patients on a select basis please call to schedule or for additional information.

Medication and Food Pick-Ups:

  • Please give us a call ahead of time for all food and medication pickups so we have time to prep and get your items ready for pick up. If at all possible, we do ask that you allow at least 24 hours for us to process and fill all prescription requests. When you arrive, please call us and we will bring your products to your car.  We can either provide a car check-out service or you can pay over the phone at the time the medication or food is requested. We want to make this process as quick and easy for you as possible.

If your pet is on a Hill’s diet, for your convenience, we are able to have the food shipped to your house for no additional charge.  Please give us a call and we can help get that service set up for you.

If there is any other food and/or medication that you would like conveniently delivered to your home instead of picking it up at our office, please visit our online pharmacy located on our website: http://pleasantvalleyvetclinic.com/

We truly appreciate your continued support and patience during this time! We will continue to announce any additional changes or updates. Stay tuned and stay healthy!
